This is a project inspired by Herman Melville's novel, Moby Dick. Initiated in 2008, it is under long-term construction. Please bear with any awkwardness and check back for additions, changes, edits, and remixes. The menu on the left is a visual study of selected chapters. Each is a collage mixed from various still and moving images. The top menu includes background, sources, quotes etc. and is a play on the opening sections in Moby Dick.
